2012 Medway Cup Memorial Day Tournament   Registration

We are now taking reservations for our 20th annual 6v6 and 8v8 soccer tournament to be held on Saturday and Sunday, May 26-27, 2012.

To register for the tournament:

1. Read the Tournament Details for qualifications, age brackets and procedure for tournament application.
2. Complete and mail in the the Medway Cup Application Form (PDF form) and return it with the applicable registration fee no later than May 13, 2012.   Register by April 29, 2012 and receive a free tournament t-shirt for each player.

You will be notified immediately of acceptance or non-acceptance to The Medway Cup and receive additional tournament information at that time.

The entry fee will be forfeited if a team withdraws after the May 13, 2012 deadline.
